Application for Membership - Annual Fair Share Investment Schedule

This application is for new members only. If you would like to renew your membership, please send it into the Chamber with your renewal paperwork you would have received in the mail. We will add renewal payments at a later date.

Payment will be made through PayPal. Many people already have an active PayPal account which you can use to make this purchase. Creating a PayPal account IS NOT required. You can use your VISA, Master Card, American Express or Discover Card to make this purchase.

If you would prefer to pay with cash or a check, please use our Adobe PDF Application and mail or bring it into the Chamber offices.

A $30.00 Administration Fee is added to your first years investment only. This is included with the totals you see below.
Home Based* or Sole Proprietor Start-up Businesses - First Year Only

*Home Based Start-up Businesses will not receive the over $400 worth of incentives until they renew in 12 months at the Standard Business Rate, or you join at the Standard Business Rate now and receive these incentives.
The Chamber of Commerce is a 501 (c)(6) Non Profit, Public Benefit Corporation. Fed. Tax I.D. #68-0322395. Your Chamber investment is tax deductible as a normal business expense. It is continuous until a written resignation is submitted to the Board of Directors. $12.00 of your annual investment pays for your subscription to "Canyon Commerce", the Chamber Newsletter. No more than 5% of your dues will ever be used for lobbying purposes. Membership plaques are the property of the Chamber and must be returned if your membership is cancelled for any reason.
