• Conduct annual performance review on Executive Director - May
• Organize Annual Planning Sessions
• Prepare 2005 budget to be approved by the Board of Directors
• Arrange for 2004 audit or compilation
• Advise on investments
• Monitor Program of Work of all Committees
• Long Range Planning
• Recommend changes to the Bylaws as needed
