Questions about your website
When I visit Chamber websites, here are some problem areas I see that are
lacking. There are no right answers, but I think these are some of the things
that consumers are looking for:
Does your Chamber website have?

List of Staff
Names, titles, telephone#
With pictures
With bio
2.
Is there a way to e-mail the Chamber?
A general e-mail address or an e-mail form at least.
3.
List of Board of Directors
With pictures
With bio
4.
When was the last time the website was updated?
5.
Does the Chamber have an online application?
Can you pay your dues online?
6.
Does the Chamber have a section - “About the Chamber?”
7.
Does the Chamber have a section - “Why
Join the Chamber?”
Does it include a Benefits of Membership section?
Does it include a Program of Work or Strategic Plan?
Does anyone out
there have a Committee report or report to the Board of Directors on creating
