Internship Information For Participating Organizations

What is an Intern?

An intern is an advanced or upper division student seeking to gain supervised practical experience in a field he/she intends to pursue a career in, or learn more about. An intern receives academic credit and a grade based on; the completion of the required hours, on-site performance and completion of academic assignments. Interns may participate in a non-paid internship program, or in some cases, as a paid internship.

Participating organizations must offer internship opportunities that meet the course requirements for which the student enrolled.
