As technologies and usage patterns change, website owners are
finding that they have to rebuild their websites to keep up with
the times. Patterns are emerging in rebuild cycles and
motivations. Many first-time website owners are ready to rebuild,
but are loathe to repeat the mistakes of their first web building
experience. In this half-day seminar, we will examine why and how
