It is important that our May 10th Eggs & Issues breakfast meeting has a good audience attendance. It will be a Candidates Forum for the L.A. County Supervisor's seat - first district. We have invited the 10 candidates for this office to attend. To date, eight of those ten have confirmed our invitation.

We are also having a mixer on Thursday, May 31st, which will be a four city affair. We want Duarte Chamber to have a good turn out at this also.

To help promote both of these events, we are asking that each Director sell tickets. We are not asking you to purchase the tickets, except the ones you will use yourself, but to get your friends and business acquaintances interested in our activities. Remember these events are open to non-members also. This could possibly interest a non-member into joining the Chamber also.

We will need the ticket stubs and money for the Eggs & Issues breakfast turned into the Chamber office no later than Tuesday, May 8th. The money and stubs for the mixer should be turned in by May 30th.

The annual Installation Dinner for the Chamber's Officers and Directors will be Saturday evening, June 2nd. Tickets will be in the mail to you soon.
