Executive Dialogue/Management Roundtable
A popular chamber program providing opportunities to expand your company's knowledge base through organized discussion with other executive-level business people.

Executive Dialogue:
This group serves as a mini board of directors for non-competing business owners and business decision makers. On a monthly basis, other business owners help you critique your business and make critical yet helpful suggestions regarding how to improve your business bottom line, reduce stress and how best to handle personnel issues. Open to Chamber members only. No charge.

Executive Dialogue
This program, sponsored by the Chamber's Small Business Council, provides an environment for members to exchange advice with peers in non-competing businesses. Participants form dialogue workshops to hold frank and confidential discussions of each member's specific business concerns.

Small Business Executive Dialogue Groups
The Chamber has organized several Small Business Executive Dialogue Groups as a means for small business owners to meet regularly and discuss subjects of common interest. Frequently, these sessions deal with current workforce issues, such as Workers’ Compensation, health insurance, employment practices and procedures, marketing and finance.

Executive Dialogue
Organized an Executive Dialogue program for CEOs, owners and principle managers, providing them with an opportunity to interface with each other regarding the challenges of operating a business. Five dialogues representing 80 Chamber member companies met from September through March.
