C E O R O U N D T A B L E S If you're a serious business person looking for better ways to plan, finance and manage your enterprise, the Chamber CEO Roundtables are for you. The Roundtables offer you the opportunity to hear new ideas from some of the region's most successful entrepreneurs and to leverage that knowledge toward your own business success. The Roundtables will focus on critical issues surrounding the start-up of new businesses, the expansion of current businesses and finding solutions to common problems faced by local businesses. Experts in fields such as banking, law and small business will bring the kind of practical knowledge that can have an immediate effect on your entrepreneurial efforts. What
are the CEO Roundtables? Offered only to top decision makers of small and medium-sized companies, Roundtables are formed using the following criteria: number of employees, sales volume, type of business and experience level of the CEO or principal. Competitors, customers, suppliers or contractors are not placed in the same group with one another, and all Roundtable discussions are completely confidential. Meeting dates, locations, formats and the direction of the group are set by the members. Who

Roundtables offer you . . . Discussions and speakers on topics such as managing growth, alternative methods of financing, strategic planning and motivating employees. Seasoned professionals to share their expertise and experiences: "The CEO Roundtable is a rare opportunity to share with others
particular challenges I face and then get the perspective of other
successful business executives." "Being in the CEO Roundtable has made me realize that I am not
alone with my problems of running a small business. No matter what size
our companies, we seem to all have the same problems and it si nice to
vent and discuss solutions with others that understand." I've never left a Chamber CEO Roundtable meeting without a
"piece of information" I could see. CEO groups are made up of
non-related businesses that have related problems. I enjoy it and we all
benefit from each other." Great forum with peers for focussed discussion. I always learn
something new that can be useful/implemented in my own business. The Roundtables ask from you . . . That you devote yourself to achieving an effective group through your sharing of information. An application fee of $100 and $50 annually thereafter. This fee covers administration, speakers, copying reference material and workshops.
