Committee Terms of Reference: Purpose:To provide members of the Chamber of Shipping and the industry with advice and recommendations on issues related to cruise vessels operations. Duties:The committee will discuss and endeavour to resolve matters relating to cruise vessels operations with recommendations to the general membership. The committee may refer issues to a working sub-group composed of the committee's members. Membership:The committee will be comprised of a Chairperson, a Vice-Chairperson and not more than 10 others who are active members of the Chambers of Shipping. Operations of the Committee:Meeting ScheduleThe committee will meet at the call of the Chair. The venue of meeting shall be the Chambers Boardroom, or where suitable. Notice of MeetingNotice shall be e-mailed to committee members not less than 7 days preceding the date of the meeting. An agenda shall accompany or follow the notice. Rules of ProcedureMeetings shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of procedure set out in the Chamber of Shipping By-Laws.
