Public invited to participate in Chamber's business leaders trip to China

The Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce its newest member benefit–a special business delegation trip to China at an amazing price. The 9-day trip includes round trip international air fare, 4 or 5 star hotel stays, three meals a day, Chinese governmental official banquets in all cities, deluxe bus tours, English speaking tour guide, admission tickets to tourist spots and airport tax throughout the trip. All of this to chamber members for the special price of only $1,099 per person.

The trip is scheduled for November 8, 2002 through November 16, 2002. "We hope to take a large number of members on this trip," commented Richard Luehrs, Chamber President. • Sight-seeing in Beijing including the Great Wall of China, Tian An Men Square, Ming tombs, Palace Museum, Summer Palace, Kunming Lake, Longevity Hill and more.

• Trip to Shanghai and Suzhou including sight-seeing of the Lingering Garden, Tiger Hill, Hanshan Temple and the National Embroidery Institute.

• Tour of the Hangzhou Economic Development Zone and Lingyin Temple.

• Cruise on the West Lake with a stop over at jewel-like padodas and tea houses.

• Traveling with other business leaders and Chamber members in California.
