How best to deliver Information to Chamber101
All Chamber related data must be in electronic format.

It is very easy to send data to Chamber101.  You can do this yourself or have a staff member do it.

Put an empty 3.5 floppy disk in drive A and open a new member letter, for example, and save it to drive A.  But better, yet, use window explorer and copy the entire directory.

Floppy (3.5) disk

Do you have an example of materials that you would like to share?  Save or copy the documents to a floppy disk.

E-mail attachments

Because of all the viruses in recent days, please send first, an email notifying us that you will be sending an email attachment.
Do you have an example of a New Member Letter, Promotional Material, etc. that you would like to share?  Attach the file to an email and send it to us.  If sending multiple files, please zip the files.  Email the file to: ceo@chamber101.com

Zip disk

If you have a Zip drive, copy all of your data files you wish to share to a zip disk. Remembering beauty is in the eye of the beholder.  One man’s junk is another man’s treasure.

CD Rom

If you have the capability to make a CD, burn all of your data files you wish to share to a CD-ROM disk.  Remembering beauty is in the eye of the beholder.  One man’s junk is another man’s treasure.

Back Up

If you do a back up of your data weekly data on CD Rom send us an old back up. We will wade through the data.  I think we have done a good job so far.  Remembering beauty is in the eye of the beholder. One man’s junk is another man’s treasure.  (Love these)

Credit for Membership

If you want a discount credit for membership. Send Membership payment together with Chamber related data
Don’t let the 100+ data files alarm you. You will not have to create any new documents.
At this time we take about any format but we prefer word, text documents and Microsoft Publisher too.

300K of data

Chamber101 is all about sharing of data.   The $100 fee is for the overhead of Chamber101.

Take a blank 3.5 disc and put it in A-drive. As you review or see a chamber document that another chamber exec might like to see, then save to A-drive. When your review is completed and two disks are full, send the 3.5 disc to:
